FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I''m based in Modesto, CA (Northern California) and yes I love to travel! I do require a travel fee anywhere over 30 miles.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all sessions. It ensures that your date and time is secured.
The remainder of the session will be due at the time of the session.
NOTE: Sessions will not be delivered until the full amount is paid.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an e-mail with a link to your online gallery within 2 weeks of your session.
Weddings- no later than 8 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 1 hour session, you will receive at least 60+ images. I don't put a cap on the maximum you will receive, because every session is different. I do promise to give you the best of the best from your session though!
Do you give out RAW (unedited) photos?
I do not. You are booking me for my knowledge, editing style, and experience! I promise to keep my editing style aligned with what is on my website and instagram though! Photography is art and my editing style is a HUGE part of that.
What happens if we cancel/ reschedule our shoot?
If you book with me, pay your deposit, and then cancel. Unfortunately you cannot get your deposit back. If you'd like to reschedule, you will have to pay a new deposit fee. The old fee will not be valid anymore and cannot be used towards your new session. Please understand that I don't do this to be mean. This is my job and I rely on this income to provide for my family. That date most likely would've gone to someone else and I need to make sure I am not only serving you guys the best I can, but family as well.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Depending on the weather, we may have to reschedule. I know CA can be unpredictable with rain & fires, that affect the air quality. In that case, your deposit would still work for your future session. The only thing that would change is the date of your session!
Will you photoshop us?
No. My entire brand is all about real and authentic people. I will not make you look skinnier or give you a whole new face. EMBRACE YOUR BEAUTY. <3 I will do my best to get rid of blemishes/ marks (something that would typically go away in 2 weeks) if you'd like me to.
Do you offer discounts?
No. This is what I use to provide for my family. I offer a fair and affordable price to everyone.
